Brooklyn Botanical Garden Visitor Center: ASLA National Honor Award

The Brooklyn Botanic Garden Visitor Center has been awarded a LEED Gold Rating. Thanks to the collaborative effort and dedication to sustainability of the project’s design team, the Visitor Center is a tangible demonstration of the Garden’s commitment to environmental stewardship and conservation. The Brooklyn Botanic Garden Living Roof and Landscape has won an Honor Award in the General Design category this year! The project will be presented in the October issue of Landscape Architecture Magazine (LAM). The annual ASLA Awards Ceremony will be held on Monday, November 18, at the Boston Convention Center, as part of the ASLA Annual Meeting and EXPO.
