We are excited to share that our design for the courtyards at 535 W 43rd Street has been featured in the September issue of Interior Design Magazine, in their article on the 5 Enviable Residential Buildings in New York. The two 14 story buildings, designed by CetraRuddy, are linked with the courtyards internally in a dynamic and sweeping rooftop landscape. Defined by soft topographic form and luxurious curving geometries, Bowhall Red Maples and American Hornbeams organize the spaces and evoke a unique New York ambiance with a dynamic orchestration of Fall hues. The courtyards offer residents peaceful retreat in the middle of Hell’s Kitchen’s bustle, with spaces for lounging, barbecuing and sunning, promoting community and social gathering.
